We are located on Lexington Avenue south of Mansfield, Ohio and 2 miles north of Lexington, Ohio (between Hanley Road and State Route 97 East).

Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday: We are open from 7:30 A.M. thru 6:00 P.M. Appointments begin at 2:00 P.M. daily. We also have appointments on Thursday mornings beginning at 8:00 A.M.
Saturday: 8:00 A.M. thru 1:00 P.M.
